Some benefits of Carrot

Carrot is a great source of beta carotene, enzymes and B vitamins, which support the body's mucus membrane, which lines the respiratory and intestine tracks, making it harder for bacteria to enter the blood stream. Carrot can enhance the quality of breast milk. It can improve the appearance of the skin, hair and nails. when it is taken daily it can lower cholesterol. Carrots are nutritious and fiber-rich vegetables, whether you consume them whole or in juice. 


When comparing carrot juice to raw carrot, serving sizes are important to consider.


A cup of carrot juice weighs 263 grams, more than the weight of three large carrots, because you are unlikely to eat three carrots in sitting, a serving of raw carrot, one large carrot weighs significantly less than a serving of carrot juice and contains fewer nutrients.
